Accessing, browsing, and using the MikiGO.net platform implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, binding the user to full compliance with the provisions contained herein. The Privacy Policy, available in the designated section of the website, constitutes an integral part of this document. MikiGO.net reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review them regularly to stay informed about any updates.

MikiGO.net provides a premium private mobility service, including chauffeur-driven car rentals (NCC), airport transfers, and specialized transportation services. Access to the service is exclusively reserved for private clients and businesses, with the option to make either one-time or scheduled bookings. All vehicles are operated exclusively by professional, licensed, and certified drivers in compliance with applicable regulations.

The services offered by MikiGO.net include:

  • Hourly Disposition: a personalized service with a chauffeur available to the client for a minimum period of 4 hours
  • Direct Transfers: trips with no intermediate stops, including transportation to and from airports
  • Airport Transfers: a premium service for transportation to and from airports, with prearranged schedules
  • Special Services: tailored solutions for events, executive transportation, and tourism, available exclusively upon request via email

MikiGO.net exclusively partners with carefully selected providers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Bookings can only be made through the official website. Requests via email or telephone are not accepted. Booking confirmation is provided exclusively through written email communication, and it is the user’s responsibility to verify its accuracy. Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the airport/local transfer or hourly transportation, MikiGO.net will send an email to the Client/Passenger (“Transport Notification”) informing them of:

  • Acceptance by the Carrier of the transportation request submitted by the Client, thereby finalizing the Transportation Contract, and providing the Client/Passenger with all relevant details of the assigned Carrier and the transport service. Or
  • Unavailability of a Carrier to accept the transportation request submitted by the Client, resulting in the non-fulfillment of the Transportation Contract.

Rates are subject to variations based on factors such as time of service, availability, distance, and public holidays. Any additional costs will be communicated at the time of booking.

Currently available and upcoming payment methods:

  • Credit card, available through the online platform.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrencies, and bank transfer, coming soon.
  • Bank transfer, available exclusively for businesses with long-standing and established relationships with us. This option is granted only to trusted corporate clients, subject to the issuance of a formal invoice.

Direct payment to the driver is not accepted.

Booking Modifications
Any modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in a fare adjustment. In the event of a refund request, the amount will be reimbursed within 10 days from the date of the request.

Cancellations and Applicable Charges

  • For any cancellation made up to 24 hours before the service, a 10% charge of the total amount will be applied to cover administrative and operational costs.
  • For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the service, a charge of 50% of the total amount will be applied.
  • For cancellations made within 12 hours before the service or in case of a no-show (No Show), the full service amount will be charged.

MikiGO.net reserves the right to be unable to guarantee service delivery in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road accidents, adverse weather conditions, restrictions imposed by competent authorities, or interventions by law enforcement agencies. In such situations, the company will endeavor to promptly notify the client and minimize any inconvenience.

Should the service be unavailable due to any of the aforementioned force majeure events, MikiGO.net will issue a refund limited to the amount paid for the booking, without entitling the client to any compensation for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to missed flights, professional appointments, conferences, or other personal or business commitments.

The pickup time specified by the client is considered a preference and in no way may it influence the driving conduct of the chauffeur. Under no circumstances shall the driver be asked to exceed speed limits or violate traffic laws to compensate for delays attributable to the client. Consequently, any consequences resulting from a late booking, including but not limited to missed flights, connections, or appointments, are entirely the responsibility of the client.

All transportation services provided by MikiGO.net are covered by appropriate insurance policies in compliance with applicable regulations, limited to the risks directly associated with the transportation service itself.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Consuming food or alcoholic beverages
  • Damaging or soiling the vehicle interior
  • Transporting animals without the required safety devices

MikiGO.net implements stringent security measures to ensure the protection of personal data, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All collected data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used exclusively for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy. For further details on data collection, usage, and storage, as well as users' rights regarding personal data protection, please refer to the complete privacy policy available on our official website.

This document is governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising in connection with this document shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.

Any complaints regarding the services provided must be submitted in writing to support@mikigo.net within 7 days from the date of the service. Lost items found inside the vehicles will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days. After this period, they will be disposed of or donated to charity.

MikiGO.net ensures coverage for all passengers in accordance with applicable regulations, limited to risks directly related to transportation.

Should any provision of this document be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The user acknowledges that acceptance of these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted them.
